At Comfy Outfit Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium casual wear. If you’re not happy with your hoodies, sneakers, dresses, or any other item, our hassle-free returns policy ensures your shopping experience stays as comfortable as our clothing.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals and underwear (if applicable) unless they are defective or incorrect items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns/exchanges due to our error: We’ll cover return shipping costs.
  • For other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days after we receive it):

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and international customers may not receive refunds for original shipping and customs fees.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above.
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item.

If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like our technical outerwear or athletic shoes with manufacturing flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.

Final Sale Items

Occasionally, certain clearance or promotional items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
