We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium casual wear, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals unless they are defective or incorrect items.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free return:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
- Our mistake? We’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- International returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and international customers may not receive refunds for original shipping and customs fees.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like our technical outerwear or athletic shoes with manufacturing flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, certain clearance or promotional items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
